Learn Affiliate Marketing

I want to learn how to do affiliate marketing using google adwords or something of that nature. I have seen some websites for sale recently but am afraid to commit to purchasing one because they could easily be a scam. So I figured, why not learn on my own. I am not looking to "get rich quick", I just want some extra income. An example would be an Amazon affiliate site where all the products on my website are just links to products already sold on Amazon and when someone clicks from my site to Amazon and buys something I get a commission.

It is very possible to make money off of affiliate marketing.

First thing though, I highly recommend against using adwords when you’re first starting out. Google Adwords is PPC marketing and is one of the more difficult and costly methods. It is really easy to screw up with it and when you do, you can end up losing quite a bit of money.

There are a bunch of ways to go about affiliate marketing and a few of them are actually free. These include article marketing and video marketing. You can actually submit articles about a product on sites like squidoo, which don’t cost a thing to write. Or you could create a video review of products on sites like YouTube.

They tell you important details such as what to keep in mind and how to connect with your audience but the best thing of all is that they talk about methods. I don’t just mean a mere mention of them. They go into great detail explaining a bunch of information about various techniques, how they work, and a step by step guide of how to implement each and every one of them. It’s really a great book and it helped me out a lot.

Making money on ANY website is all down to the number of visitors. The more visitors you have the more you will make and the more options you will have. Take Facebook for example… with so many millions of people every day going on that site, and most having it open all day long the potential to earn billions from this is so real.

If you cannot make money from a good program like Adsense so far than this means you likely don’t have enough visitors.

Concentrate on getting the site seen before you even consider making any money on it. You are a long way off that yet.

I tried ppc like programs. Not succeed and not possible. Affiliated marketing takes more time to earn money. Any other option? I am in India.

PPC can be a hard way to get started. I’ve been at internet marketing for over 3 years now and I still can’t figure out PPC. That said, have you considered bum marketing or article marketing? I have several niche websites that make well over $5 a day and then I have some that make less.

The key to making at least $5 a day on the net is to figure out what you can do (Selling VA, programming, writing services, engaging in affiliate marketing, etc) and then take action. Just don’t give up until you meet your goal and then figure out how you can scale it up.

For instance, let’s say that you build a free site on blogger for cat potty training and you find that you are able to make more than $5 a day in that niche, well instead of moving on to another niche, try finding another sub niche within that niche. So, you could start another site about teaching your cat tricks or whatever. Then, you can link your sites together with blog rollls, banners, etc and in no time, you’ll not only be an authority in your niche but you’ll have surpassed your monetary goal.

There are about 100 different ways to earn money online. You can easily work from home but you really need to take the time and study the one subject you are interested in and then progress from there.
