1) How much money is made: Well the amount of money to be made on Click Bank is limitless. And this also applies to the frequency of making that money. How much you make and when you make it, is completely up to the affiliate and the efforts thereof. I know of top affiliates making crazy money like $2000 per day and some making as little as $25 per day. Note that making money on Click Bank is dependent on the affiliates efforts.

If anyone really tells you their best seller, they’ll lose money.
All I can tell you is that most people don’t make money on any program online, no matter how legitimate it is.
The ones that do are elite marketers or people that have worked extremely hard and spent huge amount of time figuring out a working solution.
You can’t expect them to give you their recipe for nothing.

Yes a percentage of your commission balance is held in reserve to cover returns, affiliates are held responsible for certain misconduct, like outright fake buyer fraud, or extreme misrepresentation of results that can cause a higher than normal return rate.
Interestingly some product makers will offer an extended warranty period, like one year, which is found to lower the overall return rate because people put off, then forget returns. I believe the affiliate would just be held to the standard 60 day warranty period.
